OFFICIAL LETTER: The New Dates of Mining & Construction Vietnam 2021
Informa Markets in Vietnam today announced that Mining & Construction Vietnam 2021 – the flagship event for mining and construction industry, to be held on 7 – 9 April 2021 at International Center for Exhibition (I.C.E.), Hanoi, will reschedule to 23 – 25th June 2021 at the same venue.
This decision was made after consulting with the local government, partners, and other stakeholders. We believe the new dates in June will allow more time for normality and confidence to return to the market and provide all-round better conditions for exhibitors and visitors to engage. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenienced caused.

Vietnam’s Mining Industry in its Long-term Prospects
Mining sector attracted FDI totaling $7.7 billion in the first half of the year 2017, equaling 10.6% of the total inflows in Vietnam during that period. Investment into the mining sector cam second only to manufacturing at 66.7%, according to a report by global lender HSBC. This indicates strong interest by overseas investors in the industry’s long-term prospects.
