Virtual Meeting 1:1
11/10/2021Virtual meeting 1:1 programme is phase 1 of Mining Vietnam Confex 2021 @ Digital Connect which will be opened from 10-12, November 2021. At this phase, buyers and suppliers will have a chance to meet with their most potential partners on an 1-1 meeting where they can freely discuss, exchange and provide products/services information, company profiles or simply “get to know” each other to expand business networking.
How to get your name listed on Digital Connect ?
– Get your name listed by register here
– A confirmation email with a personalised access link will be sent to your mailbox
– Access Digital Connect and Start to source
– Send meeting request to your potential suppliers
– Wait for your supplier to confirm & Start your meeting (10-12 Nov or 17-18 Nov)

| 3-9 Nov | Explore & Connect | Get on Digital Connect and start sourcing |
| For browsing | – Browse the site and explore all features – Make sure to try out our advanced filters search to filter by your demand |
| For sending a request | – Bookmark your favorite suppliers/products – Sending request is located in Supplier’s detail page – Select a date (from 10 – 12 Nov) and a time (6:00am – 20:00pm) to schedule an appointments |
| 10 – 12 Nov l Phase 1: Virtual Meeting 1:1 | All meetings are conducted |
| Pre-meeting dates | – Business card is a must – Plan out your questions – Prep for all materials will be presented – Translator might be a consideration if your supplier/buyer is from oversea |
| On meeting dates | – Pick a “not-disturb” area for the meeting – Check on WIFI connection – Log in at least 10min prior to meeting time – Browse Digital Connect to find some more potential buyers/suppliers – Make sure mic and camera are working |
